About Pally

A WhatsApp assistant for life admin, built in Singapore.

Why Pally exists

Most productivity tools ask you to download an app, create an account, and learn a new interface. For everyday tasks like logging an expense or adding milk to the shopping list, that's too much friction. Pally puts all of that inside the app you already check dozens of times a day — WhatsApp.

What Pally does

Pally tracks your expenses (by text or receipt photo), manages shared shopping and todo lists with your family, files receipts into your own Google Drive, logs meals, sets reminders, and sends you a twice-daily digest so nothing slips. It works across six currencies and is free to use.

Who built it

Pally was built by TK, a developer based in Singapore. After years of abandoning budgeting apps and losing receipts, TK built Pally as a personal tool — then realised other people had the same problem.

How it's built

Pally runs on a FastAPI backend, uses Claude AI for receipt and message classification, stores structured data in Supabase (PostgreSQL), and files everything into your personal Google Drive. Your data stays in your control — Pally never stores files on its own servers beyond temporary processing.

Privacy first

Your files go to your Google Drive, not ours. Your chats travel over WhatsApp's end-to-end encryption. We don't sell data, don't show ads, and don't use your content for training. Read the full Privacy Policy.
