Acceptance
By messaging Pally on WhatsApp, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What Pally does
Pally is a WhatsApp-based assistant that helps you track expenses, manage shared shopping and todo lists, store receipts in Google Drive, log meals, and set reminders. The service is provided "as is" and "as available."
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Pally. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Your account
Your Pally account is tied to your WhatsApp phone number. You are responsible for all activity under your number. Do not share access to your WhatsApp account with others for the purpose of using Pally.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Pally to:
- Send illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Use the service for automated or bulk messaging.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service.
Your content
You retain ownership of all content you send to Pally (messages, images, files). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service — storing data, classifying expenses, filing receipts, and sending digests. We do not use your content for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Google Drive
Pally stores files in your Google Drive using a service account. You may revoke access at any time through your Google account settings. Pally only accesses the dedicated Pally folder and does not read, modify, or delete your other files.
AI processing
Pally uses Anthropic's Claude AI to classify your messages and extract structured data. Your message content is sent to Claude's API for processing. Anthropic does not use API inputs for model training. See Anthropic's privacy policy for details.
Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep Pally available at all times but do not guarantee uptime. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or technical issues. AI classification may occasionally produce incorrect results — always review expense entries and categorisations for accuracy. Pally is not a financial advisor and does not provide financial advice.
Price
Pally is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will notify existing users and provide the option to continue with the free tier or cancel.
Termination
You may stop using Pally at any time by simply not messaging it. To delete your data, email support@getpally.ai. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pally and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or inaccurate expense classifications.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via WhatsApp message to active users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
